- We take it from there: our team contacts your client within one business day, tours them and handles the agreement.
- Get paid: your commission is recorded the day your client's agreement becomes active and is paid on the agreed terms.

Broker questions
Does CoSuite pay commission to real estate brokers?
Yes. CoSuite pays referral commissions to brokers who bring clients to its Brickell-Miami, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale locations. Terms are agreed in writing with each broker before the first referral.
When is the commission paid?
Once your client's agreement with CoSuite is signed and active. The commission is recorded that day and paid on the terms in your broker agreement.
How do I get credit for a referral?
Share your personal referral link, or register the client on CoSuite's broker registration page. A link credits you for 90 days on your client's device, including tour bookings and reservations they make later.
What if another broker refers the same client?
The first broker to register or refer the client is the broker of record. Later referrals of the same client are logged but do not replace the original broker.
What if my client already contacted CoSuite before I referred them?
A client who was already in contact with CoSuite is not automatically credited to a broker. Your registration is still recorded, and our team reviews it with you.
What kinds of space can I refer clients to?
Private offices, corporate office suites, coworking memberships, virtual offices with a business address, conference rooms, event space and a podcast studio, on flexible month-to-month terms.
