  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Application;
  • Sync data between CoSuite and your authorized Intuit account(s);
  • Process transactions and generate invoices, reports, and reconciliations;
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates;

  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents or fraudulent activity;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Intuit: As required to facilitate the integration you authorize.
  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Application, such as cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, and customer support providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

7. Intuit Data Handling

Data accessed from your Intuit account is used solely to provide the services you have authorized. We do not use your Intuit data for advertising, resale, or unrelated purposes. 8. International Users

CoSuite is based in the United States. If you access the Application from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Application or by email.
