Interviewer:

We are super excited today because we’re introducing you to Corina Hernandez de Thermiotis, the co-founder of CoSuite, here in Brickell and also Boca Raton. I know your family, in fact, your brother had the vision of CoSuite, but talking about vision, yours is very apparent when you walk into this new space here in Brickell. Talk about your background in art and architecture and how you’re incorporating it here.

Corina Hernandez de Thermiotis:

I studied photography back in the 80s at the New England School of Photography in Boston. I also did so many courses on art all my life. One that really, I got a great impression and impact in my life was when I studied in Paris in a course called Connecter la France. In that course, we used to go to a museum everyday and every day we had a different artist of focus. It gave me a different perception about art in life.

Interviewer:

So you kind of took all that feel for space and really created an incredible, elegant, luxurious, but also artistically unique look and feel of brickell.

Corina Hernandez de Thermiotis:

I always focus on architecture, art, creativity and that led me to connect with the space in a creative way and my passion for the architect world.

Interviewer:

How does that really, really make this space different?

Corina Hernandez de Thermiotis:

It doesn’t matter what you do, it doesn’t matter where you come from. I want everybody to see and feel and want it to be there. That combination of line colors, material, art, everything that you don’t see, but I know you can feel it. I want them to feel that this is their office with the comfort of your home. You have all the amenities. You have all the spaces. You can work, you can eat, you can have a social meeting or a business meeting. In collaboration with Jay White and Haywood, It was possible to achieve that atmosphere with the beautiful furniture that we were looking for.

Interviewer:

So, you have poured your heart and soul and also your artistic eye into this space. What do you hope people feel when they walk off that elevator for the first time into CoSuite Brickell?

Corina Hernandez de Thermiotis:

I want people to feel welcome but also be inspired by the professional environment that the space reflects but also it leads to a social interaction where people can work, connect and be able to grow with us in CoSuite.
