CoSuite® has two locations in Florida. Their first one opened in 2018 in Boca Raton, and the second one opened just recently in October of 2020, located in Brickell-Miami. 

“We believe that Brickell is the main city of business professionals in South Florida. We wanted to bring our hospitality, luxury, technology, and comfort to international professionals,” says Angelica Hernandez, VP/Co-Founder.

Members of CoSuite® are given access to many amenities that allow them to pursue their professional goals. In a time where work schedules need to be flexible, CoSuite® is able to support members by giving them 24/7 building access. For their members, buildings are equipped with personal secured doors, surveillance cameras, and a live receptionist. Their commitment to having a live receptionist also speaks volumes to their prioritization of supporting their members’ professional lives – having a receptionist to greet members’ clients when they come in reinforces their professional status and heightens the quality of members’ businesses.

CoSuite members can enjoy personal high-speed wifi, mail and package receiving, call forwarding and tech support, as well as fully furnished offices with sit or stand desks and ergonomic chairs. To relax from a long day at work, CoSuite® offers a lounge area, a kitchen, and a balcony with a city view, in addition to complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. To better serve clients. Members are welcome to reserve conference or training rooms, and have access to both locations, should they need to serve clients in another city. 

CoSuite® supports its membership through amenities such as these but has also shifted its focus in light of the pandemic, adding COVID-19 safety measures.

“At CoSuite®, safety means everything. During the pandemic, we continued to give our members the absolute best service possible. We monitored updates and recommendations provided by the WHO and the CDC. We have enforced face masks, social distancing, and implemented multiple sanitizer dispensers within the space,” says  Isabella Felice, Community Coordinator – Brickell-Miami.
